- Inter-connectivity with cloud-based applications
- Integration with existing applications
- Creation of new applications and web sites
Come learn about the procedures, protocols, tips and tricks that will enable your team to rapidly and easily deploy feature-rich and cloud interconnected web sites. Also hear real-world examples of positive returns on investment and lower total cost of ownership through the deployment of an integrated platform.
Panelists and issues discussed include:
Tony White, CEO of
Ars Logica
Tony
founded Boston-based Ars Logica to provide vendor neutral analysis of a variety of enterprise level applications. His customers include Ford Motor Company, State of California, Qantas Airways and Siemens.
Tony's session will focus on solutions to the challenges faced by today’s online marketing organizations by showcasing the current state of CMS feature-functionality. Considerations will include:
- Marketing requirements affecting the purchase decision for or against a single CMS platform vs. multiple point solutions
- Product usability for non-technical users
- Speed of executing marketing campaigns
- Examples of technological and business-process factors influencing project success or failure
Tony will explore key evaluation criteria for two fundamentally different product types: (1) functionally rich, complex, customizable platforms , and (2) more limited, easier-to-use, configurable applications . Attendees will leave with an understanding the pros and cons of each, as well as a strategy for communicating their specific CMS business requirements to IT.
